冷凍商品是否需要解凍後再進行烹調?

  • 肉絲類、肉片類一定要退冰後再進行烹調。
  • 肉排類建議退冰,但無退冰直接烹調也可以;可是未退冰較難熟,且容易燒焦。一定要用小火。

    紅麴紅糟五花肉(紅糟肉)

    油炸鍋:完全退冰後,160度油溫大約炸3~4分鐘,可以從顏色變深來判斷可起鍋了。基本上就是炸的時候產生的氣泡慢慢減少就差不多可以起鍋了。
    氣炸鍋:完全退冰後,炸籃刷層薄油避免沾黏,在肉片上噴上一層薄油,200度C,炸15分鐘即可完成。

    Air-fryer: (defrost meat as necessary) Spread non-stick cooking oil on the basket. Spread cooking oil on the meat. Place meat in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200°C

    紅麴紅糟魚片

    氣炸鍋:完全退冰後,炸籃刷層薄油避免沾黏。在肉片上噴上一層薄油,以200度C,炸15分鐘即可完成。

    嫩煎雞排

    氣炸鍋:完全退冰後,炸籃刷層薄油避免沾黏,以160度C炸10分鐘,翻面再160度C炸10分鍾。

    Air-fryer: (defrost meat as necessary) Air-Fry for 10 minutes at 160°C. Turn over and fry for another 10 minutes at 160°C.

    夜市豬排

    氣炸鍋:炸籃刷層薄油避免沾黏,在肉片上噴上一層薄油,200度C炸15分鐘即可完成

    豬肉鍋貼

    平底鍋:無需退冰,平底鍋刷上一層油,整齊平放鍋貼於平底鍋上。
    加入熱水(約160ml),加蓋悶煮約10分鐘,開蓋大火收乾水分。

    Pan Fried: In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil on medium. Place stickers in the pan. Pour around 160 ml water in the pan. Cover with lid and steam for 10 minutes. Remove lid and keep heat until all liquids are reduced

    百加利炒雞丁 (約2-3人份)

    材料

    • 雞丁1包 解凍備用
    • 百加利15朵洗淨後燙半熟備用
    • 蒜頭3片拍碎
    • 紅蘿蔔切絲

    料理順序

    1. 下油後爆香蒜頭
    2. 將解凍的雞丁片倒入拌炒
    3. 小火將雞丁炒至表面無血水後與百加利以及紅蘿蔔拌炒
    4. 食材熟後即可擺盤上菜
    5. 喜歡重口味可以再加點鹽巴提味

    Stir-fry Chicken and Broccoli Recipe (2-3 servings)

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag of frozen diced chicken, defrost and drain
    • 3 cloves of garlic - diced
    • 1 bunch of broccoli
    • 1/4 carrot - shredded

    Preparation

    1. In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high. Add in the diced garlic.
    2. Once the pan is heated, turn the heat down to low. Add the bag of diced chicken into the pan.
    3. Cook the chicken, on low, until the chicken is no longer red on the outside. Add in the broccoli and shredded carrots.
    4. Plate the chicken and vegetables on a plate. If desired, add a pinch of salt. Enjoy!

    青紅椒炒牛肉片 (約2-3人份)

    材料

    • 牛肉片1包 解凍備用 瀝乾湯汁
    • 青紅椒切小塊備用 (可將青紅椒裡面的筋去除乾一點比較不會苦)

    料理順序

    1. 下油後爆香蒜頭
    2. 平底鍋熱鍋,加適量油,拌炒牛肉片至半熟盛盤。
      (油可以多一點,盛盤的時候多出來的油可以炒青椒)
    3. 用剩下的油拌炒青紅椒至七分熟。
    4. 加入半熟的牛肉大火快炒十秒鐘即可關火盛盤。
    5. 喜歡重口味可再另外添加醬油或是糖

    Beef Stir Fry with Bell Peppers Recipe (2-3 servings)

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag of frozen beef, defrost and drain
    • 1/2 bell pepper - diced

    Preparation

    1. Thaw meat by placing the bag in the refrigerator one day prior, or place the meat under cold running water.
    2. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil on medium-high.
    3. Pour out the excess water from the bag of frozen beef. Once the pan is heated, place the meat onto the pan.
    4. When the meat is medium-rare, add in the bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes.
    5. Turn the heat to high, and stir fry for an additional 10 seconds.
    6. Plate the dish and enjoy!

    蔥爆豬肉絲 (約2-3人份)

    材料

    • 豬肉絲1包 解凍備用 瀝乾湯汁
    • 蒜頭3片拍碎
    • 青蔥洗淨切段
    • 洋蔥切絲

    料理順序

    1. 平底鍋熱鍋,加適量油,拌炒豬肉絲至約八分熟。
    2. 倒入蔥白, 大蒜與洋蔥絲一起拌炒。
    3. 可以試一下味道,若味道不夠可再加些醬油或是糖調味。
    4. 最後加入蔥綠部分再次拌炒約十秒即可。
    5. 若是愛吃辣,最後亦可加入辣椒拌炒。

    Green Onion Pork Stir Fry Recipe (2-3 servings)

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag of frozen pork, defrost and drain
    • 3 cloves of garlic - minced
    • Scallions or green onions
    • Sweet onions – strips or chunks

    Preparation

    1. Thaw meat by placing the bag in the refrigerator one day prior, or place the meat under cold running water.
    2. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil on medium-high.
    3. Once the pan is heated, place the meat onto the pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes.
    4. Stir in onions and minced garlic.
    5. Once the meat is cooked, stir in scallions/green onions for 10 seconds.
    6. Plate the dish and enjoy! Depending on preference, add in extra soy sauce, sugar, or chili to personal taste.

    蝦仁炒蛋 (約2-3人份)

    材料

    • 蝦仁1包解凍
    • 蒜頭3片拍碎
    • 青蔥洗淨切蔥花
    • 將4顆雞蛋、蔥花和少許的鹽混合打散成蛋液。

    料理順序

    1. 平底鍋熱鍋,加適量油,拌炒蝦球至約五分熟起鍋備用。
    2. 同一鍋油(建議可以再多一點油),將蛋液與蝦仁下鍋炒至八分熟後關火,用餘溫將蛋液炒熟即可。
    3. 盛盤後灑上蔥花即可上菜。

    Golden Scrambled Eggs and Prawns (2-3 servings)

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag of frozen prawns, defrost and drain
    • 3 cloves of garlic - minced
    • Scallions or green onions
    • 4 large eggs

    Preparation

    1. Thaw prawns by placing the bag in the refrigerator one day prior, or place prawns under cold running water.
    2. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil on medium-high.
    3. Once the pan is heated, place the prawns onto the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.
    4. In a bowl, whisk 4 large eggs and add in scallions/green onions. Add the mixture into the pan with the prawns. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
    5. Plate the dish and enjoy! Top the dish with extra scallions/green onions.
